At Cupcake Liqueur, we prioritise the quality and freshness of our cakes. To maintain the highest standards, we currently only offer delivery within London. This ensures that we can personally handle each delivery, so your cake arrives as perfect as when it was made. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
 

DELIVERY AREA
 

• We offer delivery within London, but unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of this area at this time.
   

DELIVERY TIMES
 

• All cakes are delivered Monday through Saturday, with delivery typically within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.

• Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered within 1-3 business days, while orders placed after 12 PM may require an additional working day for delivery.

• We will provide an estimated delivery time once your order is processed.
   

SHIPPING COST
 

• We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for delivery within London.
   

COLLECTION
 

• If you’re local to our area, we’re happy to arrange a free pick-up for your order. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a suitable time for collection.
   

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
 

• If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours after placing the order.

• Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
 

• In the unlikely event that your cake arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• If the order is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
